• Clients are responsible for providing valid, government-issued identification at the time of notarization
• Documents must be complete and ready for notarization prior to the appointment
• We do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or determine the type of notarization required

Appointments & Cancellations
• Same-day and mobile appointments are subject to availability
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible
• Travel or service fees may still apply once an appointment has been confirmed or travel has begun

Payments
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods may include card, electronic payment, or invoicing for approved clients

Apostille & Processing Services
• Processing times are not guaranteed and are dependent on state agencies
• All government fees, shipping, and third-party costs are the responsibility of the client

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
• Clients must complete identity verification and credential analysis prior to the session
• A stable internet connection and compatible device are required

We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with Texas notary laws and regulations.
